At GrantKeeper, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use and handle your personal information when you use our marketing website and any GrantKeeper application we offer for post award grant reporting.

Early access and contact: when you join the early access list or contact us, we may collect your email address, name, organisation and role, plus optional answers you choose to share about your grants and tooling.
Product data: when you use GrantKeeper, information you enter about grants, deadlines, budgets, reporting tasks and evidence may be stored securely on your behalf so we can provide the service.
Accounting tools: GrantKeeper is designed to sit alongside your finance systems. We do not aim to replace your accounting software or require duplicate bookkeeping. Any future integrations will only access what you authorise and only for agreed purposes.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to provide GrantKeeper, keep it secure, improve the product and contact you about your account or early access updates. We don't sell your operational data to third parties.

4. Data security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate for the services we operate. Access to your account should be protected by a strong password and only shared with people in your organisation who need it.
